About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled

Senior Cloud Engineer

with strong experience in

Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI)

and hands-on expertise in building, deploying, and managing cloud-native applications. The ideal candidate should also have knowledge in Python programming and RDBMS as preferred skills. Good communication is essential for collaboration across teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy serverless solutions using

OCI Functions

. Build and manage

OCI API Gateways

, ensuring secure and scalable integrations. Manage and deploy applications using

OCI Containers

and container registries. Configure and manage

OCI IAM Domains

, users, policies, and

OAuth2

flows for secure authentication. Develop high-quality automation and backend logic using

Python

. Should have basic to advanced knowledge in working with relational databases (Any). Troubleshoot production issues and ensure high availability, performance, and reliability of cloud-hosted applications. Should be able to prepare technical documentation and architectural diagrams

Required Skills & Experience

5 - 7 years of overall IT experience

with strong exposure to cloud-native development. Hands-on experience with

OCI Cloud deployments

including: + OCI Functions
+ OCI API Gateway
+ OCI Containers (OKE/Container Instances)
+ OCI IAM Domains
+ OAuth2-based authentication and integrations
Proficiency in

Python

programming (APIs, automation scripts, serverless functions). Should have basic to advanced knowledge in working with relational databases (any), including schema design, performance tuning, and SQL queries. Experience with DevOps workflows, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud security best practices. Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment.

Preferred Qualifications

OCI Certifications (Foundations, Architect, Developer, or Professional). Experience with serverless frameworks or event-driven architectures. * Familiarity with logging, monitoring, and observability tools in OCI.
