About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Cloud Engineer with strong experience in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and hands-on expertise in building, deploying, and managing cloud-native applications. The ideal candidate should also have knowledge in Python programming and RDBMS as preferred skills. Good communication is essential for collaboration across teams and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy serverless solutions using OCI Functions.
• Build and manage OCI API Gateways, ensuring secure and scalable integrations.
• Manage and deploy applications using OCI Containers and container registries.
• Configure and manage OCI IAM Domains, users, policies, and OAuth2 flows for secure authentication.
• Develop high-quality automation and backend logic using Python.
• Should have basic to advanced knowledge in working with relational databases (Any).
• Troubleshoot production issues and ensure high availability, performance, and reliability of cloud-hosted applications.
• Should be able to prepare technical documentation and architectural diagrams

Required Skills & Experience

• 5 - 7 years of overall IT experience with strong exposure to cloud-native development.
• Hands-on experience with OCI Cloud deployments including:

• OCI Functions
• OCI API Gateway
• OCI Containers (OKE/Container Instances)
• OCI IAM Domains
• OAuth2-based authentication and integrations
• Proficiency in Python programming (APIs, automation scripts, serverless functions).
• Should have basic to advanced knowledge in working with relational databases (any), including schema design, performance tuning, and SQL queries.
• Experience with DevOps workflows, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud security best practices.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• OCI Certifications (Foundations, Architect, Developer, or Professional).
• Experience with serverless frameworks or event-driven architectures.
• Familiarity with logging, monitoring, and observability tools in OCI.
