We are looking for motivated and detail-oriented professionals to join our
Customer Service - Ocean & Air Import team
. The role involves managing end-to-end import operations, ensuring smooth coordination with clients, shipping lines, airlines, vendors, and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
Handle
Ocean & Air Import shipments
from pre-alert to final delivery.
Coordinate with
shipping lines, airlines, transporters, and customs brokers
to ensure timely clearance and delivery.
Maintain proactive
communication with clients
regarding shipment status, documentation, and queries.
Verify and process
import documents
(BL, AWB, invoices, packing list, COO, etc.).
Prepare and share
status reports, MIS, and customer updates
.
Manage
internal coordination
with operations, finance, and sales teams.
Resolve customer complaints/issues with professionalism and accuracy.
Support in process improvements to enhance service quality and customer satisfaction.
RequirementsJunior Level (Customer Service Executive)
Experience:
Minimum 2+ years in
Ocean Import Customer Service
.
Strong understanding of
import procedures & documentation
.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to handle multiple shipments simultaneously with accuracy.
Senior Level (Customer Service Senior Executive/Officer)
Experience:
Minimum 4+ years in
Ocean Import Customer Service
.
Expertise in
end-to-end import operations
and team coordination.
Strong problem-solving, client handling, and escalation management skills.
Ability to mentor junior team members and support process improvements.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹840,000.00 per year
