We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Senior Executive / Assistant Manager - Ocean Export(Customer Service) to join our dynamic team in Kolkata. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in ocean export documentation and client servicing, with strong coordination skills to ensure smooth shipment processing.

Key Responsibilities:

? Manage complete ocean export documentation processes.

? Provide customer service support to clients, addressing and resolving shipment-related

queries efficiently.

? Coordinate with shipping lines, freight forwarders, and customs authorities to ensure

timely and compliant shipment execution.

? Monitor shipment schedules and provide regular updates to clients.

? Ensure adherence to international trade regulations and company compliance policies.

Requirements:

? 2-5 years of relevant experience in ocean export documentation and customer service.

? Strong understanding of export procedures, documentation, and logistics coordination.

? Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
