Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate

Occupational Therapist (OT)

to join our team. The OT will assess, plan, and implement therapeutic programs aimed at helping individuals develop, recover, or maintain meaningful daily activities and life skills. This role requires strong clinical reasoning, communication skills, and a client-centered approach.

Key Responsibilities:

Evaluate patients' physical, emotional, cognitive, and social conditions through observation and standardized assessments. Develop individualized treatment plans and set goals based on each client's unique needs and abilities. Provide therapeutic interventions to improve fine motor skills, self-care abilities, cognitive functioning, and adaptive behaviors. Instruct patients and caregivers in the use of adaptive equipment and techniques to support independence. Collaborate with physicians, physical therapists, speech therapists, and other healthcare professionals. Document patient progress, maintain accurate and timely records, and adjust treatment plans as needed. Educate clients and their families on strategies to improve quality of life and prevent further injury or disability. Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and professional standards.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program. Current licensure or eligibility for licensure as an Occupational Therapist in [Krerala/India years of experience (preferred but not always required; can be entry-level). Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with [e.g., pediatric, geriatric, mental health, or orthopedic populations]. Knowledge of assistive technology and ergonomic principles. Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.

Working Conditions:

May require physical activity such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods. Occasional weekend or evening work may be necessary.

Pay: ?420,000.00 - ?540,000.00 per year
