Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and licensed Occupational Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping individuals of all ages overcome physical, developmental, or cognitive challenges to perform everyday tasks. You will assess patient needs, develop individualized treatment plans, and work closely with other healthcare professionals to promote optimal outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations to determine therapy needs. Develop, implement, and revise individualized treatment plans. Use therapeutic techniques to improve patients' motor function, coordination, and daily living skills. Educate patients, families, and caregivers on care plans and strategies for continued improvement. Document patient progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with regulatory standards. Collaborate with physicians, physical therapists, speech therapists, and other healthcare providers. Recommend adaptive equipment and train patients on its proper use. Participate in discharge planning and contribute to follow-up care strategies.
