We are looking for a skilled and compassionate

Occupational Therapist

to join our Chennai team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about supporting children and adults with physical, developmental, or cognitive challenges to achieve independence and improve their quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:

Assess and evaluate clients' physical and cognitive abilities. Design and implement individualized occupational therapy treatment plans. Conduct therapy sessions to improve motor, sensory, and daily living skills. Collaborate with caregivers, teachers, and multidisciplinary teams for holistic development. Maintain accurate progress reports and therapy documentation. Participate in awareness programs, training, and community engagement activities.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy (BOT / MOT). Valid registration with the Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI). 1-3 years of relevant experience preferred (freshers with passion for the field may apply). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong sense of empathy, patience, and commitment to inclusion.
