Job Description

We're looking for a

skilled, compassionate, and experienced Occupational Therapist

to join our growing team.

What You'll Do:

Provide

online occupational therapy

to children with developmental delays, sensory needs, and other challenges.

Extensively work with autistic children

, designing and delivering evidence-based interventions tailored to their needs. Collaborate with speech therapists, special educators, and other professionals. Create individualized therapy plans, set measurable goals, and track progress. Equip parents/caregivers with

practical strategies

to support therapy at home.

Requirements:

Bachelor's/Master's in Occupational Therapy

from a recognized institution.

Extensive experience

working with

autistic children

and other neurodiverse populations. Strong background in

delivering therapy online

(teletherapy experience essential). Excellent communication skills in

English

(additional languages are a plus). Empathy, patience, and creativity in therapy delivery.
