About the Role:

We are looking for aqualified rehabilitation/health care professional preferrably Occupational Therapist (OT) or with experience working with

seniors or people suffering from congntive issues such as dementia patients,

to help us research, evaluate

occupational therapy and assistive products

.

This is an ideal role for a therapist who enjoys discovering practical, creative tools that improve independence and quality of life for older adults -- and wants to apply their professional knowledge in a flexible, research-based role.

Responsibilities:

Research trending and innovative products used in occupational therapy, dementia care, and senior rehabilitation. Review online resources (blogs, therapy forums, Facebook groups, and marketplaces like Amazon, Etsy, etc.) to identify useful and evidence-based tools. Assess product usability and therapeutic relevance based on clinical understanding. Compile findings into organized reports (Google Sheets/Excel) with product images, descriptions, and use cases. Connect with local suppliers/manufacturers (in Delhi/NCR) to explore product sourcing and pricing. If required, assist in procuring and testing product samples, and provide professional feedback on usability and quality.

Requirements:

Experience working with

older adults, dementia, or neurorehabilitation

. Strong interest in assistive technology, adaptive devices, and sensory tools. Good communication skills (English and Hindi preferred). Comfortable working independently and managing research reports. Basic proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets.

Preferred Experience (Nice to Have):

Prior involvement in product trials, assistive device recommendations, or therapy equipment research. Familiarity with sourcing or working with suppliers/distributors (training can be provided).
