We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to assist our therapy team in providing essential support to children in their development journey. : As an Occupational Therapy Aide at Synapse Child and Development Activity Center, your primary role will be to provide essential assistance to licensed occupational therapists and assistants in the delivery of occupational therapy services to children. Your work will contribute to creating a positive and supportive environment for children with mental health challenges. Responsibilities: 1.Assist licensed therapists and therapy assistants in preparing therapy materials and equipment. 2.Support therapists during therapy sessions, ensuring the safety and engagement of children. 3.Help maintain a clean and organized therapy environment. 4.Assist with documentation and record-keeping tasks. 5.Prepare and organize therapy spaces for sessions. 6.Provide general administrative support to the therapy department. 7.Collaborate with the therapy team to ensure a seamless therapy process. Qualifications: 1.Previous experience in a healthcare or childcare setting is preferred. 2.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. 3.Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. 4.A passion for working with children and contributing to their development. 5.Willingness to learn and support the therapy team in various tasks.
