Job Description

PATIENT CARE AND TREATMENT

1. Conduct thorough evaluations of patients

2. Develop individualized treatment plans and goals for patients

3. Adapt therapy strategies to ensure continous patient progress.

4. Provide high quality evidence -based Occupational therapy service

DOCUMENTATION & REPORTING

1. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patients assessment and treatment plans

2. Preparing and submit required reports and progress reports to concerned authorities.

PATIENT FAMILY & CAREGIVER EDUCATION

1. Educate patients ,caregiver and thier family about therapeutic process, goals and expected recovery.

2. Provide individualised trailored home

3. Environment mofidification and guide regarding any assistive device.

PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT & CONTINUING EDUCATION

1. Stay current with advancement in Occupational therapy by participating in CME, workshops, webinars etc.

PATIENT CARE & SAFETY

1. Ensure that therapy spaces are free from hazards, use proper ligthing and supportive equippments to prevent fall and injuries

2. Regularly maintain and inspect equippments before starting therapies,

3. Have a clear plan in place for managing medical emergencies , including access to first aid and emergency contact information.

PATIENT REFERRAL SATISFACTION & RETENTION

1. Number of referrals from health care providers/school counsellor, and teachers.

2. Patient satisfication from feedback forms and word to mouth referrals.

3. Retention of patient by quality of services being given,empathy and involvement of parents /caregiver in treatment plan.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
