Qualifications

:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from a recognized institution. Valid registration with competent registering authority. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Compassionate and patient-focused approach. Ability to work both independently and within a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

:

Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical, cognitive, and emotional abilities to determine their needs. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that focus on improving motor skills, coordination, balance, and strength. Provide hands-on therapy through various exercises and activities designed to enhance functional abilities. Utilize adaptive equipment and assistive technologies to maximize patient independence. Teach patients and their families techniques for improving self-care, productivity, and leisure activities. Monitor patient progress and adjust therapy plans as needed. Document therapy sessions and maintain accurate patient records. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care
