Role Summary:
The Occupational Therapist will assess, plan, and implement therapeutic interventions to help patients improve functional abilities, independence, and quality of life. The role involves working with individuals of all age groups with physical, mental, or developmental challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
Assess patients' functional abilities, daily living skills, and therapy needs.
Develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings.
Provide therapeutic interventions to enhance motor skills, cognitive abilities, coordination, and daily living activities.
Recommend assistive devices, adaptive tools, or environmental modifications.
Collaborate with physicians, physiotherapists, psychologists, and nursing teams for holistic care.
Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic exercises, home programs, and safety practices.
Maintain accurate documentation of assessments, interventions, and progress reports.
Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and rehabilitation planning.
Ensure compliance with clinical protocols and quality standards.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's / Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy (BOT/MOT).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work with diverse patient groups.
Clinical decision-making and problem-solving skills
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
