Conduct comprehensive functional assessments of clients (motor, sensory, cognitive, behavioral, ADL skills).
Develop individualized treatment plans based on client needs and goals.
Provide therapy for ADLs, fine motor skills, sensory integration, handwriting, neurorehabilitation, and functional mobility.
Assist clients in improving independence at home, school, or workplace.
Collaborate with physiotherapists, speech therapists, psychologists, and doctors as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Maintain detailed documentation, progress notes, and therapy reports.
Educate caregivers, parents, and families on home programs and follow-up exercises.
Use therapy equipment, assistive devices, and adaptive techniques safely.
Participate in case discussions, team meetings, and training sessions.
Ensure compliance with organizational protocols and ethical practice.
