1. Designs and provides direct treatment to clients with Autism in one-on-one and group contexts
2. Conduct initial intakes and parent conferences to gather relevant information
3. Administer occupational therapy screenings and evaluations including sensory profiles
4. Develop & implement occupational therapy treatment, plans of care including goals and objectives, and home programs for occupational therapy strategies and recommendations
5. Actively collaborates with established and newly formed ABA programming teams (including BCBAs, trained Behavior Technicians and SLP) to support center-based services.
6. Maintain accurate and timely data on clearly defined objectives in order to measure the impact of services as well as drive future treatment decisions.
7. Proactively communicate and collaborate with the director to problem-solve, review clinical and program trends and recommend improvements.
8. Assisting and guiding teachers in observing, describing, and referring suspected and identified children with developmental delays, autism, learning disabilities.
9. Ensuring students' skills are generalized across settings by collaborating with teachers and parents.
10.Completing treatment notes and progress reports in timely manner and according to school policy.
11. Managing a detailed log of service and hours of service provided and services missed due to student or therapist absences.
