role for an Occupational Therapist located at our Bengaluru facility. The incumbent will be responsible for providing specialized occupational therapy services to
children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
and their families.
Key responsibilities include:
Conducting comprehensive
occupational therapy assessments
to identify client needs and goals.
Developing, implementing, and continually modifying
evidence-based treatment plans
and therapeutic interventions.
Monitoring, documenting, and evaluating client
progress
toward established goals.
Providing
support, education, and training
to caregivers and family members for effective home-based intervention strategies.
Collaborating effectively as a member of a
multidisciplinary team
.
Essential Qualifications and Skills
Education & Experience
Required:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
Essential:
Significant clinical experience in
pediatrics
, with a dedicated specialization or focus on
Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
.
Preferred:
Fluency in relevant local languages is highly desirable.
