DESIGNATION: Occupational Therapist - Hospital

QUALIFICATION: Bachelors/Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy

YRS OF EXP: 5 to 20 Yrs

SALARY: Salary is not a constraint for the right candidate

JOB DESCRIPTION:

? Conduct client / patient assessments and evaluations to determine their physical condition, limitations, medical histories and personal goals.

? Communicate with physicians and other healthcare providers to confirm plans of care.

? Advise family members and other supportive individuals about the level of care the client / patient needs.

? Provide occupational therapy guidance, support and education during client / patient sessions.

? Teach client / patient how to interact with adaptive technology.

? Show client / patient how to install/use assistive devices.

? Assist client / patient with purchasing products to help them achieve their goals.

? Guide client / patient through graded activities.

? Generate reports for client / patient and their physicians and families.
