:

We are looking for a skilled & passionate Pediatric Occupational Therapist. Someone who shares our warm, authentic and child-centered approach to therapy. An ideal candidate who has an excellent experience working with children and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Roles & responsibilities:

Providing occupational therapy to young children and using evidence-based therapy modalities; both online & offline especially neuro developmental disorders.

Performing intakes and clinical assessments; interviewing families, observation sessions of the child, using various tools and reporting. Assessment methods are a crucial part of our treatment approaches at Mind Meadow.

Delivering workshops & webinars - from ideation to execution.

Conducting Supervision; Internal training and external training opportunities for continued professional development.

Participating in peer super supervision models within the organization to share and learn.

Qualifications:

Bachelors or Masters degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution. Valid license to practice Occupational Therapy in India. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and documentation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
