About the Role
Were looking for a full-time Pediatric Occupational Therapist to join our in-clinic team in Bengaluru.
Youll play a key role in early intervention and sensory integration therapies. This role involves working directly with children to assess developmental needs, create tailored therapy plans, and guide parents throughout the care process.
Responsibilities
Conduct sensory integration and early intervention therapies
Design and implement individualised treatment plans
Assess developmental delays and recommend behavioural therapies
Collaborate with paediatricians, speech therapists, and mental health professionals
Educate and support parents in the therapy process
Qualifications
Licensed/Certified Occupational Therapist
Experience in paediatrics or clinical / CDC settings (preferred)
Strong interpersonal skills and child-centred care approach
Proficiency in sensory integration and developmental delay management
