Occupational Therapist (OT): TFS is hiring Freshers & experienced for the position of Occupational Therapist.

Role:

Evaluate, diagnose, and treat sensory, motor, cognitive, and functional difficulties affecting a child's daily living and independence. Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary professionals to ensure holistic developmental progress and integrated therapy outcomes. Design, implement, and revise individualized therapy plans (ITPs) for children with conditions such as Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD, Cerebral Palsy (CP), Intellectual Disability (ID/MR), Learning Disabilities, Developmental Delays, and sensory processing disorders Conduct one-on-one occupational therapy sessions focusing on sensory integration, fine-motor skills, gross-motor skills, handwriting, coordination, ADL (Activities of Daily Living) training, and behaviour regulation. Assess functional performance, monitor progress and maintain clear, accurate therapy documentation. Educate/guide parents/caregivers on home-based activities.

Timings:

9:30am/10.00 am/11.00am - 6:00pm/6.30pm/7:30pm.

Duration:

Each Therapy session would be for 45 minutes.

No. of sessions:

We believe in giving less sessions to therapists but build better relationships with children, their parents and among themselves and have a better work life balance with reduced stress.

Our experts support teachers through hands-on classroom sessions. We also help teachers handle stress through cognitive therapy. We work closely with schools to develop inclusive education frameworks ensuring every child receives equal learning opportunities, help normalize neurodiversity

TFS Counsel: Comprehensive Psychological Counseling
Our expert psychologists offer one-on-one counseling for teenagers and adults dealing with depression, anxiety, and other emotional challenges

Specific Job Requirements:

Education:

BOT/MOT (Bachelor/Master of Occupational Therapy); BPT/MPT (Bachelor/Master of Physiotherapy).

Skills:

Sensory integration, fine-motor/gross motor training, ADL training Certifications: Pediatric OT courses.

Other Requirements:

Good English Communication skills Consistency, ability to follow protocols, group management, empathy, planning & documentation skills, clear speech, empathy, strong communication with parents. Basic computer use, MS Excel, Google Drive/Docs, documentation, teamwork, leadership qualities,

Experience:

Freshers welcome; pediatric experience preferred.
