JD for Behavior Therapist:

Qualification: MA/MSc in Psychology (Additional Diploma in Child Psychology is preferable.)

Certification: Certification in Applied Behavior Analysis or any Behavior modification techniques. (Added benefit)

Experience:

1. Minimum 2+ years' experience working as a Behavioral therapist/ABA therapist in an intervention center.

2. Minimum 1+ Experience working with children of age 2-6 Years.

3. Work experience with Neurodivergent children is preferable.

Speech Therapist

Qualification: Bachelors of Audiology - Speech Language Pathology

OR

Masters in Audiology - Speech Language Pathology

Certification: Mandatory RCI Certified, Any certificate in Oral Motor therapy will be a plus.

Experience: Minimum 1 to 2 years experience working with neurodivergent population specially with children age 2-6 years. Capability and certifications to do Assessments

Occupational therapist

Qualification : Bachelors in Occupational Therapy

OR

Masters in Occupational therapy

Certification : Mandatory AIOTA Certification for Occupational Therapy

Experience : 1-2 Years work experience in providing occupational therapy and able to do assessments and conduct therapies.

Only female candidates are preferred for this role. Max budget is 50k for therapists. Candidate age should be under 40 years.

Pay: ₹30,180.72 - ₹55,424.97 per month
