Valid medical registration/license
Language Proficiency
Mandatory:
English and Hindi
Preferred: Knowledge of local/regional languages
Key Responsibilities
Provide medical consultation, diagnosis, and treatment to employees at the on-site OHC.
Manage day-to-day clinic operations ensuring smooth functioning and efficient patient flow.
Supervise the OHC facility and ensure compliance with:
National Medical Commission (NMC) guidelines
Factories Act standards
Occupational Health best practices
Participate in vaccination drives, periodic health check-up campaigns, and corporate health initiatives.
Maintain patient records and documentation through EMR systems.
Stay updated with current medical guidelines and occupational health standards.
