Role Overview

We are hiring a qualified

Commerce Teacher

to teach

Organization of Commerce (OC)

and

Secretarial Practice (SP)

for 11th & 12th students, ensuring high-quality, concept-based teaching as per Maharashtra Board guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct engaging and conceptual lectures for OC & SP. Prepare notes, question banks, and exam-oriented material. Take regular tests, evaluate papers, and track student progress. Maintain attendance, academic records, and follow institute SOPs. Provide doubt-solving sessions and support weak students. Complete syllabus on time with proper planning and weekly updates.

Qualifications

B.Com / M.Com (B.Ed preferred) Experience in teaching OC & SP to 11th-12th students. Strong communication and classroom management skills.

Salary

Attractive and based on demo lecture & experience.

Job Types: Part-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹250.00 - ?350.00 per hour

Expected hours: 4 - 5 per week
