Summary:

UST is looking for SCM professionals.

The Opportunity:

Looking for Skilled person with experience in Mechanical, Electrical, Electromechanical Products replacement.

What you need:
Replenishment of Obsolete Items.

Typical

Responsibilities:

Monitoring and following up with suppliers on obsolete replacement PO confirmation and approval.

Monitoring and controlling the progress of replacements material arrival process, while solving problems with suppliers and warehouse.

Monitoring and controlling with suppliers on obsolete stock level at supplier.

Escalating and raising flags with planners/buyers/vendors for anomalies in obsolete stock level at suppliers.

Searching material of obsoletes in the open Market.

Obsoletes LTB process closure with suppliers after internal approval.

Working and dealing with various information systems, including SAP and Excel.

Informing Vendors on new Obsoletes, requesting for stock levels and replacements data and updating obsolete system accordingly.

Prioritizing second source approval tasks and longevity analytics requests with electrical engineers.

Collaborating with various groups in the organization and motivate them for action: suppliers, purchasing, planners, electrical engineers.



Requirements:

Education: Bachelor's degree in supply chain, Industrial Engineering, or a related field - Mandatory

SAP MM expertise - Mandatory

Familiarity with Electronic components andor Computing items

High level of English (speaking, reading and writing) - Mandatory


> 2 year experience in a purchasing supply chain planning position - Mandatory

Knowledge of working with OFFICE systems (especially Excel)


Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, work under pressure, manage and prioritize multiple tasks.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills


Strong ability to motivate interfaces for action.

Qualification:
Bachelor's degree Or Masters degree in Mechanical and related field.
