Job Description

Position:

UAT Tester Experience: 5+ years

Responsibilities:

1. Design and develop test cases, test plans, and test scenarios for User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for Oracle Banking Digital Experience (OBDX) and Oracle Banking Platform (OBPM) applications.



2. Conduct thorough end-to-end testing of SWIFT payments functionality within the OBDX and OBPM systems to ensure compliance and accuracy.



3. Perform regression testing to validate system enhancements, changes, and updates on the Neo Corporate Portal supported by Oracle.



4. Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into comprehensive test cases.



5. Execute UAT tests, document test results, track defects, and work closely with the development team to ensure timely issue resolution.



6. Support Mashreq Bank specifically in testing and validating the Neo Corporate Portal with a focus on Oracle-based solutions.



7. Provide expertise in testing SWIFT payment workflows, transaction processing, and regulatory compliance requirements.



8. Experience of ISO implementation will be a good addition to the role



9. Experience of Liquidity management OBLM will be preferred



10. Validate the functionality of the applications, data integrity, and user experience to ensure high-quality software delivery.



11. Demonstrate a strong understanding of UAT methodologies, techniques, and best practices in a banking environment.



12. Support go live implementations during the weekends



13. Manage production defects after go live

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.



2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in software testing with a focus on designing test cases, conducting UAT and regression testing.



3. Sound knowledge and previous experience with SWIFT payments testing in banking environments. Sound knowledge in ISO implementation.



4. Proficiency in testing Oracle systems such as OBDX and OBPM, preferably with experience at financial institutions.



5. Ability to perform end-to-end testing, identify defects, and troubleshoot issues effectively.



6. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.



7. Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.



8. Certifications in software testing or banking domain knowledge are advantageous.



9. Familiarity with the Neo Corporate Portal and Oracle-based solutions is a plus.
