Job description:Key Responsibilities- Engage with clients, architects, interior designers, and walk-in customers to represent the brand's ethos and collections.- Understand the material, process, and design story behind each product and communicate it thoughtfully.- Build and maintain relationships that go beyond transactions - with follow-ups, feedback, and service.- Coordinate with production and design teams to ensure timelines, quality and delivery expectations are met.- Maintain detailed sales records and ensure smooth order management from enquiry to dispatch.- Identify new business opportunities and collaborations aligned with the brand's design language in order to keep the store space relevant.Who You Are:- Someone who appreciates furniture, design, and the process of making.- Confident, articulate, and grounded in communication.- Sharp, thorough, and efficient in managing details.- Patient and persistent - you value long-term relationships over quick closures.- Comfortable working in a creative, evolving environment.Experience:- 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in design, furniture, or lifestyle brands.- Background in interior design or architecture is a plus but not essential - a genuine appreciation for design matters more.- Job Type: Full-time- Work Location: In person (ref:updazz.com)
