Job Description

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced data engineer to join our team with expertise in Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC), Oracle Business Intelligence Application (OBIA), and Oracle Data Integrator (ODI). The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in ETL development, data modeling, and SQL optimization using these tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop and deploy ETL processes using Oracle Data Integrator (ODI)
• Develop and maintain data models and mappings for ODI integrations
• Design and develop analytical reports and dashboards using Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC) and Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE)
• Optimize SQL code and perform database tuning for performance optimization
• Work closely with business analysts and data scientists to understand data requirements
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data integration processes, reports, and dashboards
• Maintain accurate documentation of data integration processes, reports, and dashboards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality data solutions
• Stay up to date with new technologies and best practices in data integration, reporting, and dashboard development

Required Skills

• At least 5 years of experience in data engineering and administration with a focus on OAC, OBIEE, and ODI
• Strong understanding of data modeling concepts and techniques
• Solid understanding of Oracle database architecture and SQL optimization
• Experience with ETL development using ODI or similar tools
• Experience with designing and developing analytical reports and dashboards using OAC and OBIEE
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Experience with Agile development methodologies is a plus
