Work in liaison with hotel sales and reservations departments as a team. Will be responsible for the efficient running of the department in line with hotel strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations.
To provide key leadership surrounding the hotel's revenue recognition policies and will regularly interface with the sales, operations and marketing organisations.
Implement revenue management operations, procedures and best practices and embed a revenue management culture.
Provide daily, weekly and monthly reporting.
Responsible for assessing, analysing and pricing group business strategies
Oversee and audit the standards and operations of the reservations department.
Should provide revenue accounting leadership and business best practices to the hotel.
Should have the responsibility for all technical accounting aspects of the hotel's revenue streams.
Identify new revenue opportunities.
Build and maintain strong working relationships with levels of staff at the hotel.
