Job Description
Key Accountabilities
Manage the overall network operations with key focus on streamlining the working SLAÂs and SOPÂs for enhanced operational effectiveness Provide expertise on experience of working on various product/technologies preferably Wi-Fi, Surveillance systems, Video Analytics and smart elements like Smart lights etc Liaison with various stake holders i.e. Vendor/NOC/Customer to make the network up and running as per the SLA requirement. Responsible for publishing the various MIS reports on regular intervals as per the customer requirement Managing Service delivery, contractual obligations, maintaining OLA/SLAs, driving initiatives for continual service improvement, adherence to quality standards and establishing process, procedures and governance models for providing Application
Preferred Experience and Qualification
B.Tech with 10-12+ years of experience in network operations and management projects
