Job Description

The candidate for this position will excel at creating and closing new opportunities. By using a consultative approach to selling, this person will use their expertise to identify and qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities with both new and existing customers. 
We need immediate joining candidates.
 
Responsibilities
1. Provide guidance and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms.
2. Determine client’s needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that suit them.
3. Convince prospective clients that your organization is the right one to meet up their requirements.
4. Manage your client base through excellent follow up on leads for existing and new clients.
5. Work on sending out details of new properties on the market to people in your database.
6. Work with team leaders and close the lead to get incentives from the business done.
7. Work on guiding buyers in purchasing property for the right price under the best terms and on the schedule appointments and show buyers around a property.
