IT Support/ Tech Support (Location, Noida, Sec 62)

Desired Candidate Profile

Position - o365 Tech Support

*Position requires prior Office 365 mailbox migration experience, scheduling migration batches and process management.
*Assisting in the planning and support of the migration from multiple on-premises Exchange environments & third party provided Mail services into a single Azure-hosted Office 365 environment.
*Hands-on migration/deployment of Exchange 2007/2010/2016 to Office 365 Azure-hosted solution.
*Deployment of O365 Application (One Drive, SharePoint, Teams) with existing data m

. Google Workspace (Advanced knowledge of Gmail and comprehensive knowledge of all other core G Suite apps)-Added advantage

Message routing and associated troubleshooting.

. Planning and execution of email migrations.

.Understanding of Cloud Services & Solutions

. Office 365 Exchange Online, Mail flow.

. Microsoft office 365 Migration.

. Active Directory and Azure AD integration.

. Azure Information protection, Rights Managements and DLP.

Develop, foster and maintain highly effective customer interaction.

Support installation, configuration, and support of Microsoft Office 365 on various platforms

. Accurately document all work performed through the ticketing system including details and outcomes.

Stay up to date with technological changes in the industry with internal and external training.

Being able to develop relationships with customers to effectively understand priorities and drive technical recommendations and solutions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
