Design and implement Office 365 and related technologies including Exchange Online, Exchange Server, and Skype for Business Online, Active Directory and Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS), Active Directory Synchronization, SharePoint, One Drive for Business and Azure AD.

Installation, configuration and troubleshooting of Directory Synchronization Tools such as DirSync, Azure AD sync and Azure AD connect. Integrating on-premises directories will with Azure Active Directory via Azure AD Connect
Upgrading AAD connect versions
Real time Experience on Azure AD, PIM Roles, MFA and conditional policies issues.
Delivering and supporting Microsoft O365 - Azure AD, ADFS and WAP configurations for on-premises integration.
Configure DNS records for Office 365 services.
Managing user accounts and user licenses through the Office 365 admin center in the Microsoft cloud platform or Windows PowerShell cmdlets.
Implementation of advanced functions of Exchange Online including security, governance and compliance (DLP, IRM, MDM, E-Discovery, In-Place Hold, Retention Tags, and Encryption)
Adding Office 365 organizational accounts as co-administrators to the Azure Active Directory tenant.
Troubleshoot issues related to Mail-flow, Anti-spam, Anti-malware, Security and compliance.
Must possess good knowledge of Teams & One drive and can manage Admin portals.
Monitoring of Exchange servers, AAD connect, Office 365 and ensuring uptime of 99.5%
Educational: B.Sc. in Computer Science & Engineering or related field from any reputed university. Experience: 6 - 8 years of experience in O365 System Administration & Manage Office 365 infrastructure for our customer for Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Intune, Power BI, Stream, Forms, Power Automate, PowerApps etc. Skills:
