Key Responsibilities:
End-to-end ownership of Nykaa launch and operations
Coordinate listing, A+ content, pricing, and stock availability
Liaise with Nykaa category managers and teams for marketing visibility
Optimize ROAS for Nykaa marketing spends
Analyze performance data (GMV, orders, cart abandonment, bounce rates) and suggest actionable growth plans
Ensure seamless order processing, inventory syncing, and catalog hygiene
Plan monthly sales campaigns, influencer integrations & couponing strategies
Stay up-to-date with Nykaa's seller dashboard, tools, policies, and trends
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience managing Nykaa Seller Central
Prior experience in skincare, haircare, or beauty industry is
mandatory
Strong knowledge of e-commerce KPIs, Nykaa campaigns, and merchandising
Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and marketplace reporting
Strong communication and coordination skills
Ability to work independently and meet targets in a fast-paced brand environment
