We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical
Pricing Executive/Manager for our NVOCC (Non-Vessel Operating Common Carrier) division
. The role involves preparing competitive freight rates, managing carrier negotiations, supporting sales with timely quotations, and ensuring profitability while maintaining customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and provide ocean freight pricing for various trade lanes.
Coordinate with shipping lines, co-loaders, and overseas agents for competitive rate procurement.
Prepare and share quotations with the sales team and customers in a timely manner.
Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and customer requirements to maintain competitiveness.
Ensure pricing aligns with company margin objectives and operational feasibility.
Maintain and update pricing database, contracts, and records for easy reference.
Work closely with operations and documentation teams to ensure smooth execution of shipments.
Support sales teams with spot rates and long-term contract rates.
Monitor trade lane performance and suggest strategies for improvement.
Build strong relationships with carriers, vendors, and overseas partners.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Strong knowledge of
NVOCC operations, freight forwarding, and shipping industry practices
.
Good negotiation and analytical skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel, email communication, and ERP/logistics software.
Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Qualifications & Experience:
Graduate in Commerce / Logistics / International Business (MBA preferred).
2-5 years of experience in
pricing for NVOCC / freight forwarding industry
.
Good knowledge of shipping documentation, INCOTERMS, and trade lanes.

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
