Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented
Customer Services Executive
with 1-2 years of experience in an NVOCC or Freight Forwarding environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service, ensuring efficient documentation handling, and coordinating shipment processes in alignment with customer requirements and company procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding shipment inquiries, bookings, and documentation.
Process export/import bookings and coordinate with internal operations, sales, and documentation teams.
Handle
Bill of Lading (B/L)
issuance, verification, and amendments.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree (preferred in Logistics, Shipping, or a related field).
1-2 years of experience in customer service within an
NVOCC or freight forwarding
environment.
Knowledge of international shipping terms (Incoterms), container shipping, and documentation processes.
Familiarity with
Bill of Lading
, manifests, shipping instructions, and other key documents.
Good communication skills (verbal and written) in English.
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?22,000.00 per month
