Key Responsibilities:
Create personalized diet plans for weight loss, weight gain, and muscle building.
Provide nutritional counseling to members based on their fitness goals and health conditions.
Evaluate client progress and adjust meal plans as needed.
Work closely with trainers to align diet plans with workout programs.
Educate clients on healthy food choices, supplements, and lifestyle habits.
Maintain accurate client records and follow-up schedules.
Conduct nutrition workshops or short awareness sessions when needed.
Skills & Qualifications:
Diploma/Degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or related field.
Experience in gym/fitness industry preferred.
Strong knowledge of sports nutrition and supplements.
Good communication and motivational skills.
Ability to create practical and sustainable meal plans.
