Role Overview:

We're looking for a passionate Nutritionist-Cum-CRM Executive who can connect with our customers, understand their health goals, and provide expert guidance on our products. The role involves customer engagement, problem-solving, and ensuring every customer has a seamless and satisfying experience with Ace Blend.

Key Responsibilities:

Connect with customers via calls, emails, and chats to address queries and provide product guidance. Offer personalized nutrition support and assist customers in selecting suitable products. Handle customer concerns, complaints, and feedback with empathy and prompt resolution. Engage in upselling and cross-selling based on customer needs and preferences. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback in CRM tools. Collaborate with the internal team to improve customer experience and retention. Stay updated on product ingredients, formulations, and benefits to educate customers effectively. Build long-term relationships with customers through trust and knowledge sharing.
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or related field (Master's preferred). 3-5 years of experience in customer support, nutrition consultation, or CRM roles in nutraceuticals, wellness, or healthcare. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong customer orientation and ability to handle queries professionally. Proactive, organized, and passionate about health and wellness. Immediate joiner preferred.
