Position: Nutraceuticals Products Formulation Chemist / Food Supplement R&D Executive

Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Food Science or Food Technology

Experience: Minimum 3 years in any nutraceutical industry, manufacturing, or production

Salary: Up to 6 LPA

Location: Ludhiana

Job Responsibilities:

Develop and establish product formulations based on market research, industry trends, and customer requirements. Optimize formulations for new and existing nutraceutical products. Conduct research on ingredients, their properties, and interactions to enhance product efficacy. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align product development with market needs. Ensure that all production and formulation processes comply with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and relevant industry standards. Oversee the formulation and production of syrups, liquids, effervescent tablets, sports protein powders, capsules, and tablets. Maintain compliance with quality, safety, and storage standards for all manufacturing activities. Research and identify emerging technologies and market trends to innovate new product concepts. Develop premix formulas and support the quotation process based on customer requirements or new product ideas. Engage in product development focused on health, wellness, and fitness supplements, including bodybuilding and nutritional formulations.
