Gataca Labs LLP is a nutraceutical company focused on scientifically backed health and wellness products. The Telecaller will play a key role in reaching out to potential customers and partners, creating awareness about our products and supporting the sales team.?
Key Responsibilities:
Follow up on warm leads, trial users, and past inquiries to convert them into active customers.?
Handle basic inbound queries regarding products, pricing, and availability.
Maintain and update customer databases/CRM with accurate call logs, lead status, and follow?up actions.?
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call targets and contribute to overall sales goals.
Share regular reports on calls made, leads generated, appointments fixed, and conversions.
Collect feedback from customers/partners and share insights with the sales and product teams.
Requirements:
0-2 years of experience as a Telecaller / Telesales Executive / Inside Sales Executive, preferably in nutraceuticals, pharma, healthcare, FMCG, or wellness industry.?
Good verbal communication skills in English and local languages.
Ability to explain health/ nutrition concepts in simple language over the phone.
Basic computer skills and experience using Excel/CRM tools for data entry and tracking.
Target?oriented mindset with persistence and a positive attitude toward calling.
Ability to work independently as well as coordinate with the field sales / BDM team
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
