Collaborating with the Principal on the formulation of policies and strategies for the College of Nursing.
Overseeing the implementation and evaluation of nursing programs (e.g., B.Sc. Nursing).
Supervising academic staff, allocating teaching responsibilities, and ensuring quality education.
Participating in curriculum development and review processes.
Faculty Management:
Assisting in the recruitment, development, and evaluation of faculty members.
Providing mentorship and guidance to faculty.
Fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation in teaching and learning.
Student Affairs:
Ensuring a safe and conducive learning environment for students.
Overseeing student discipline and managing extracurricular activities.
Mentoring students and addressing their academic and personal concerns.
Administrative Duties:
Managing the annual admission process for academic programs.
Liaising with regulatory bodies like INC and State Nursing Councils.
Preparing reports on the progress of the academic year and strategic planning.
Participating in college-level and university meetings.
