NIMS School of Nursing, located in Wandoor, Malappuram, is hiring

Nursing Tutors

to join our dedicated academic faculty. We are looking for enthusiastic educators with a passion for teaching and mentoring

GNM/ANM nursing students

. Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of experience are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct

theory and practical classes

for

GNM/ANM Nursing students

. Supervise students during

clinical postings

and

hospital training

. Prepare lesson plans and academic materials as per INC and KNC guidelines. Assess student progress through tests, assignments, and clinical evaluations. Maintain accurate records of attendance, academic performance, and practical work. Support the planning and coordination of academic and extracurricular activities. Participate in internal assessments, faculty meetings, and professional development.

Qualifications:

B.Sc. Nursing

- Mandatory*

M.Sc. Nursing

- Preferred / Added advantage*

Licensure:

Valid registration with the

Kerala Nurses and Midwives Council (KNMC)

or equivalent.

Experience:

0-2 years of

clinical or teaching

experience. Freshers with strong academic background are welcome.
