Job responsibilities:
Provide one-on-one and group tutoring
in nursing subjects including anatomy, physiology, pharmacology, fundamentals of nursing, medical-surgical nursing, pediatrics, maternity, mental health, and community health.
Clarify complex concepts
and reinforce classroom and clinical learning using evidence-based educational methods.
Assist students in developing clinical reasoning
, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Review and evaluate students' learning needs
, identify knowledge gaps, and create personalized learning plans.
Guide students in preparing for exams
, including quizzes, midterms, finals, skills check-offs, and licensure examinations.
Demonstrate and review clinical skills
, such as assessment techniques, vital signs, medication administration principles, and documentation.
Support students with study strategies
, time management, and test-taking techniques.
Collaborate with faculty and academic staff
to align tutoring sessions with curriculum objectives and learning outcomes.
Maintain accurate records
of tutoring sessions, student progress, and attendance.
Stay current with nursing best practices
, educational strategies, and curriculum updates.
Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
