Key Responsibilities:

Deliver lectures and conduct practical sessions for nursing students Guide students during clinical postings and skill lab sessions Prepare lesson plans, assessments, and academic records Mentor and support students in their learning journey Participate in faculty development and curriculum planning activities

Qualifications:

B.Sc Nursing or M.Sc Nursing (Mandatory) Registered Nurse with State Nursing Council Freshers are welcome; teaching experience is a plus

Skills:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills Passion for education and student development Sound knowledge of nursing fundamentals and clinical practices
