Job Summary:
We are seeking passionate and result-oriented
Nursing Tutors
with an MSc Nursing qualification to join our faculty. You will play a key role in preparing students for competitive nursing exams by delivering high-impact lectures, mentoring, and providing up-to-date test strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver subject-specific lectures aligned with MSc/BSc Nursing syllabi and exam patterns.
Prepare and explain MCQs and detailed notes for various competitive exams.
Evaluate students' academic performance and provide feedback for improvement.
Develop lesson plans, question banks, and teaching aids.
Stay updated with the latest trends and patterns in competitive nursing exams.
Create a motivational and focused classroom environment.
Support students with doubt-solving sessions and performance tracking.
Qualifications:
MSc Nursing in any specialty ( Medical-Surgical, Pediatric, Mental Health, etc.)
Strong subject knowledge and excellent communication skills.
Ability to explain concepts clearly and effectively.
Passion for teaching and mentoring students.
Previous teaching/coaching experience is a plus but not mandatory.
