Job Description

Curriculum Development and Delivery:

Designing and implementing teaching programs, creating lesson plans, gathering educational materials, and delivering lectures.

Clinical Instruction:

Supervising students in clinical settings, providing practical training, and ensuring they adhere to best practices and safety protocols.

Assessment and Feedback:

Evaluating student performance through exams, assignments, and clinical evaluations, and providing constructive feedback to support their learning.

Guidance and Mentorship:

Guiding students in their learning journey, helping them develop critical thinking and problem-solving skills, and serving as a role model.

Staying Current:

Keeping abreast of the latest advancements in nursing practice, educational methodologies, and relevant regulations.

Administrative Duties:

Assisting with the administration of the nursing program, including student selection, orientation, and maintaining records.

Collaboration:

Working with other faculty members, clinical staff, and administrators to ensure a cohesive and effective learning environment.

Pay: ₹14,018.71 - ₹22,000.00 per month
