Job Description

The Nursing Tutor will be responsible for teaching, mentoring, and guiding nursing students in classroom and laboratory settings. The role focuses on delivering high-quality theoretical instructions , preparing lesson plans, supporting academic activities, and helping students develop strong foundational nursing skills.

Key Responsibilities:-

Teach Nursing subjects as per INC curriculum. Prepare lesson plans , presentations , and teaching aids. Conduct classrooms lectures, lab demonstrations, and skill- based training. Assist in planning and supervising clinical postings. Evaluate students through assignments, internal exams, and practical assessments. Maintain academic records, attendance, and documentations. Provide mentorship, academic guidance, and counselling to students. Participate in seminars, workshops, and faculty development programs. Support the preparations of INC documentations. Ensure disciplined and a positive learning environment.
Skills Required:-

Strong communication and teaching skills. Clinical knowledge and patient care competencies. Ability to handle students with patience. Basic computer proficiency. Professional appearance and attitude.
Qualifications Required:-

B.Sc Nursing with minimum one year experience. M.Sc Nursing (any specialty)-freshers/experienced
