Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and guide nursing staff
Ensure quality and safe patient care
Prepare duty rosters and manage shifts
Coordinate with doctors and departments
Monitor nursing documentation and protocols
Handle patient-related nursing issues
Support staff during emergencies
Qualifications:
B.Sc Nursing / Post b.s Nursing / DGNM
Valid Nursing Council Registration
Minimum 3 years of experience preferred
