About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced and dedicated

Nursing Supervisor

to lead and manage the nursing team in our multi-speciality hospital. The ideal candidate will bring strong clinical expertise, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for delivering superior patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise, guide, and mentor nursing staff across all departments. Ensure high standards of patient care, safety, and service excellence. Oversee daily nursing operations, staff allocation, and shift management. Conduct regular rounds to monitor patient care, nursing practices, and hygiene standards. Implement hospital policies, clinical protocols, and quality improvement initiatives. Coordinate with doctors, management, and support teams for smooth workflow. Train, evaluate, and support nursing staff to enhance performance and skill development. Handle emergency situations and support critical care decision-making. Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with NABH standards.

Candidate Profile:

Minimum

15+ years

of nursing experience with strong leadership exposure. Excellent knowledge of hospital protocols, patient care standards, and clinical practices. Strong communication, team management, and problem-solving abilities. Ability to handle pressure, make quick decisions, and manage multiple teams. Flexible to work

Qualifications:

GNM / B.Sc Nursing

from a recognized institution. Valid Nursing Registration is mandatory.
