Key Responsibilities:

Supervise nursing staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and organizational policies. Develop and implement nursing protocols and standards of care. Monitor patient care activities and address any issues or concerns. Coordinate staffing schedules to ensure adequate coverage and support. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care. Manage patient admissions, discharges, and transfers. Conduct staff meetings and provide ongoing education and training. Maintain accurate records and reports on patient care and staff performance. Handle patient and family inquiries, complaints, and concerns effectively.
