The

Nursing Supervisor

is responsible for supervising and coordinating the nursing staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care in assigned wards or units. The role involves administrative, clinical, and managerial responsibilities -- ensuring adherence to nursing standards, hospital policies, and regulatory requirements.

Willing to work on a rotational shift basis, including morning, evening, and night shifts.

We are looking for qualified nurses in and around Porur.

Final salary will be discussed based on the candidate's qualifications and experience

Qualifications & Requirements:

B.Sc. Nursing or Post-Basic B.Sc. Nursing (M.Sc. Nursing preferred). Registered Nurse Minimum 3

-5 years

of clinical nursing experience.

Coordination & Communication

Coordinate between doctors, nursing staff, and allied healthcare teams. Communicate effectively with hospital administration regarding nursing and patient issues. Attend regular departmental meetings and contribute to policy and protocol updates.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
